Whether you have a serious caffeine addiction or only drink it drink it once a week, we challenge you to give it up. Don't drink coffee? Give up tea instead!
Pint or schooner?
Could you give up Friday night drinks with work mates, a beer at the footy or after a hard days work? Beer, cider, spirits, whatever your poison; give it up!
Red, white, rosé or bubbles! Give up sharing a bottle over dinner or with friends on a Sunday afternoon.
How often do you eat out, buy take-away or junk food?
Do you regularly dine out, order in or prefer the quick and easy option of fast food?
Do you drive your car to work each day? Why not ride a bike or walk instead? Donate your petrol money and help the environment!
Do you prefer the finer things in life?
Everybody loves to be pampered or splurge on a new accessory. Others are used to small comfort items. Don't buy that new pair of shoes or spoil yourself with a weekend away - give it up just this once!
You can choose what you want to give up! There is no restriction on what you can give up or for how long. Why not give up an hour of your salary each week for a period of time? P.S. Don't forget to tell us what you are giving up once you get to registration!
